Return and Refund Policy

Our team makes their best effort keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Refund

We offer 7 Days refund on all products.

  • Return and Refund is only available for damaged products / defective products / wrong orders.

 Note: Customer will not be eligible for a refund in case of “Self-Placed Wrong Order”.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@choiceofeve.com

Cancellation policy –
